Memory Way's International Family Assistance Center (IFAC)
Memory Way is a Ukrainian-registered non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting and honoring the families of international volunteers who are listed as killed or missing in action (KIA/MIA). Through our International Family Assistance Center (IFAC)—to be formally dedicated in Kyiv in November 2025—we will provide compassionate, coordinated, and professional support to families from all nations.
The IFAC will serve as a central hub for information regarding the recovery, identification, and dignified repatriation/interment of fallen or missing volunteers. Working in close cooperation with Ukrainian authorities and international partners, the center will provide legal assistance, certified translation, DNA collection and comparison, and guidance on death and burial benefits. Our mission is to ensure that every family receives answers, closure, and the respect their loved one deserves, while advancing international standards for the identification and return of the missing.
The need today is immense. Everyday, dozens of fallen heroes are laid to rest in Ukraine in the new National Military Cemetery and in private family plots around the country. This will continue for years after the war ends due to the tens of thousands still awaiting recovery from their loss locations. You can help make their final journeys a dignified lasting memory for these families.

Transport
Vehicles are convoyed to Ukraine to support dignified search, recovery, identification and interment functions
