Michael Henshaw is the Founder and President of the Asymmetric MIA Accounting Group - AMAG, Inc. He is a combat veteran and senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in military service, government leadership, and international operations. A U.S. Army Mortuary Affairs specialist, he has led recovery and identification missions for missing service members from World War II through today’s conflicts, including operations in Ukraine. His expertise in mass fatality management shaped global disaster responses to the 2004 South Asia Tsunami, the 2010 Haiti Earthquake, and Hurricane Dorian in 2019. After retiring from the Army, he directed National and State Veterans Cemeteries, earning Virginia’s first VA Operational Excellence Award, and contributed to FEMA’s Mass Fatality Response Guide. Mr. Henshaw is a recipient of two Bronze Star Medals, two Defense Meritorious Service Medals, five Meritorious Service Medals, and is an inductee of both the Honorary Order of Saint Martin and the Order of the Combat Spur.

Patrick (PJ) Richardson is AMAG's Chief of Operations and Director of Philanthropy, where he oversees domestic operations and leads the organization’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts. A seasoned executive with leadership experience across the nonprofit, manufacturing, export, and consulting sectors, he is also the Founder and President of The EXTOL Group, a consulting firm specializing in international humanitarian operations. PJ’s expertise in field logistics, mass fatality response, and global partnerships—shaped by work following 9/11 and major international disasters—provides AMAG with the reach and capacity to operate effectively in post-disaster and post-conflict environments worldwide.

Jane Alieva
Jane Alieva is a Ukrainian strategic communications leader and humanitarian advocate focused on justice, recovery, and long-term systems for children affected by war. As the founder of the Mama Jane Foundation, she leads international efforts addressing the abduction and reintegration of Ukrainian children, combining legal action, global advocacy, and trauma-informed recovery programs.
Her work sits at the intersection of public leadership, policy influence, and crisis response - from co-developing international legal cases to launching global awareness campaigns such as “100 Words of Support,” which mobilizes voices worldwide in direct communication with affected children.
She is being recommended for her ability to operate in high-pressure environments, shape narratives at a global level, and contribute to the development of long-term solutions addressing systemic human rights violations.

Adrian Usher is the Director of Ukraine Operations for the Asymmetric MIA Accounting Group (AMAG), where he leads the International Family Assistance Center program in Kyiv, Ukraine and San Diego, California. He oversees case management teams that support the families of International Legion volunteers who are killed, missing, wounded, or captured, ensuring they receive vital assistance with repatriation, benefits, and memorialization.
A combat veteran of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Adrian served as a Team Sergeant and Platoon Leader from 2022–2024 and continued volunteer service through 2025. Fluent in English, Ukrainian, French, and Russian, he brings both frontline experience and international expertise to AMAG’s mission. He is a graduate of University College London and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

John Bear is Chief of Investigative Research for the Asymmetric MIA Accounting Group (AMAG) and Founder of US POW/MIA Family Locating, a nonprofit dedicated to researching Missing in Action cases from World War II to the present. A forensic genealogist and investigative researcher with over 20 years of experience, John specializes in OSINT, archival research, and DNA-based identifications. His work has supported major projects—including the Cabanatuan POW Camp investigations, the Philippine Hellship Project, and Bataan Death March research—resulting in over 350 potential WWII identifications. As host of the Stories of Sacrifice: American POW/MIAs podcast, John amplifies the voices of America’s missing and their families, carrying forward the mission that “You Are Not Forgotten.”

Jennifer Owen is the Chief of U.S. International Family Assistance Center (IFAC) Operations for the Asymmetric MIA Accounting Group (AMAG). A retired U.S. Army Mortuary Affairs Specialist, she brings decades of experience in search, recovery, and forensic operations, dedicated to ensuring the fallen are recovered, identified, and honored with dignity.
Her distinguished career includes three combat tours, recovery operations at the Pentagon during 9/11, and 13 operational deployments training allied forces worldwide. She has also served on senior command staffs, shaping theater-level mortuary affairs policies and procedures.
At AMAG, Jennifer leads the U.S. IFAC, providing compassionate support to families of the fallen from all wars, with current emphasis on American citizens and U.S. veterans killed or missing in action in Ukraine. The Center under her leadership serves as both an operational hub and a humanitarian lifeline.
She holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Science and is a certified member of the American Board of Medicolegal Death Investigation.

Vig Solomon (SB) serves as Chief Information Officer for AMAG and Memory Way, leading the development and management of the organizations’ digital infrastructure, web platforms, and secure data systems. He oversees the design and maintenance of both the public-facing websites and the secure Family Reporting Portal, ensuring families can safely submit and manage case information.
With a strong background in web development and digital systems management, Vig focuses on building secure, resilient, and user-focused platforms that enhance communication, accessibility, and operational coordination. His work is critical to enabling AMAG and Memory Way to operate effectively across a growing international network while supporting their core humanitarian mission.
